Michele M. Young, CMT, CYT

Michele received her massage training in Seattle, WA in 1995 from the Brian Utting School of Massage. She moved to Denver in 1997 and has been in private practice ever since.

With over 19 years of bodywork experience, and personal athleticism, her knowledge is extensive. Her specialty is blending a relaxing Swedish massage with deep tissue and Reiki Energy work to assist in balancing the client in body, mind, and spirit. She believes that the body has the ability to heal itself and the power of touch is truly a collaboration.

Stress does a number on us physically, mentally, and spiritually, often pulling us out of balance. After your session, you will feel more relaxed, balanced, and peaceful.

Michele is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. She has also been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2003, obtaining her training from Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala in Denver. She is currently teaching at Rishis Crossing Community Yoga located in Lakewood. She loves to share this knowledge with anyone who wants to create more movement in their body by offering a few yoga tips or by scheduling a private yoga session.

Elania Layman, CMT

I received my training in Denver, CO. from Heritage College and The Colorado School of Healing Arts, where I earned an Associate‚Äôs Degree in Occupational Studies for Massage Therapy. I have been practicing Massage Therapy for over 15 years and am licensed and insured in the state of Colorado.

As far as my practice of Massage Therapy, table and chair massage are equally important to my business. Chair massage is done outside of the office for corporate requests or events and table massage in the Littleton office.

During my sessions, I focus on releasing tension in the muscles, while increasing circulation and flexibility in the body. Balancing the nervous system comes into play automatically as the body relaxes, decreasing stress and boosting the immune system.

Massage Therapy has proven to support one's health in many ways, whether it be mind, body or spirit. I want my clients to look forward to ongoing sessions, as they witness the changes and benefits massage brings.

Modalities include: Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and energy clearings. :-)
